To cancel during your free trial, visit your Account Settings or contact support.

How to Cancel
- Log in to your CanCodes account
- Go to Account Settings
- Click “Manage Subscription” to access Stripe billing portal
- Select “Cancel Subscription”
- Follow the confirmation steps
When Cancellation Takes Effect
- Monthly subscriptions: Access continues until the end of current billing period
- Annual subscriptions: Access continues until the end of current billing year
- No partial refunds for unused time when canceling mid-period
- You can continue using Pro features until your subscription period ends
If your refund request is denied and you disagree with our decision:
- Contact our support team to discuss your concerns
- Provide additional evidence or clarification if available
- Request escalation to management for review
- As a last resort, you may dispute the charge with your credit card company
We encourage direct communication with our team before initiating payment disputes, as this often leads to faster resolution.
